Bring the SASS fuses dance, meditation, mindfulness and embodiment practices. This forms a soulful and liberating dance experience that nourishes all aspects of you.
It doesn’t matter if you’ve been doing it for years, or are a first timer. Bring The SASS is designed for you to go at your own pace, because it’s more than a dance class…it’s a space to feel the essence of who you are.
It is completely normal to feel nervous when you’re trying something new, especially if you’re not 100% sure what it is! Rest assured you won’t be the only one.
Bring The SASS is quite different from a typical dance class, because the focus isn’t on how your dancing looks to others, but how it feels for you. Our teaching style incorporates lots of verbal cues, guiding everyone to focus on their own experience, and gradually let go.
If you’re not feeling confident, that’s ok! Bring The SASS is designed for everyone to go at their own pace. We dance in a dimly lit space and don’t use mirrors, so you don’t have to “dance infront of anyone”.
It is suitable for any body type. Whether or not you have a dance background is irrelevant to us. All that matters is a willingness to give it a go…not for us, but for you!
