You will be guided through techniques to connect with both your body and soul in dance. Classes include simple dance sequences, guided freedance and moving meditation, and each term has a different theme.
Our classes are not about learning to dance, they are about finding your own unique way of moving. We don’t dance for others to watch us, we dance to feel for ourselves.
We welcome women of all ages, stages of life, levels of fitness and ability, and no dance experience is necessary.
Regular classes run over four week terms on Wednesday nights in Rosebud and Thursday nights in Somerville.
